Access & Maintenance Strategies

Sayfa Group can provide Access and Maintenance Strategies, independently assessing solutions for the safest, lowest life cycle cost and minimal aesthetic impact. With over 20 years height safety experience, BSIF and IRATA membership as well £5m PI Sayfa can be trusted with your project requirements.

- Coordinate with the Architect and Landscape Designer

- General setting-out principles
- Advising on logistical requirements, visual impact and aesthetics

- Initial and Life Time System Cost Assessments
- Life Cycles and Warranty requirements

Rope Access Methodology

Typically required at RIBA Stage 4 and available as part of a Full Access & Maintenance Strategy​ or separate limited element.
