Access & Maintenance Strategies

Sayfa Group can provide Access and Maintenance Strategies, independently assessing solutions with for the safest, lowest life cycle cost and minimal aesthetic impact. With over 20 years height safety experience, BSIF and IRATA membership as well £5m PI Sayfa can be trusted with your project requirements.

- Coordinate with the Architect and Landscape Designer

- Inform the Design Team of any building service interfaces required
- Inform the spatial requirements for ground and roof mounted equipment
- Inform design, service and working loads

- General setting-out principles
- Advising on logistical requirements, visual impact and aesthetics
- Advising on typical impact loadings (façade) and point loadings (structure)
- Initial and Life Time System Cost Assessments
- Life Cycles and Warranty requirements

Rope Access Methodology

Typically required at RIBA Stage 4 and available as part of a Full Access & Maintenance Strategy​ or separate limited element.
