FALLSECURE™ LINE
Horizontal fall restraint
or fall arrest solution for working at height.
Horizontal Life Lines
Safely access all areas of the roof for cleaning and regular maintenance. The FallSecure horizontal safety system or PFPS provides a maintenance free* service life of up to 60 years.
The FallSecure™ Roof Safety Line System (patent pending) is suitable for fall restraint and fall arrest systems and tested to BS8610:2017 and EN795:2012.
All systems are tested to each individual substrate with specific fixing arrangements, whether this is concrete, profiled metal roof sheet, ply or standing seam roof systems. This means any warm roof including blue and green roof systems can be permanently and reliably fixed to the surface with the insulation built around them.
Independently tested for safety and quality
Access the safety line with permanent or removable travellers
Suitable for all roof types up to 15 degree pitch

This elements can easily be replaced in the system incase of accident. The secondary measure is a crumple zone within the post and plate designs which deploy closer to 6kN.
All posts are supplied with system parameter labels and QR codes for access to operating manuals.
Tested fixed to concrete with M10 A4 anchors which avoid rebar and Kingspan with A4 rivets
Post heights of 150mm, 250mm, 350mm, 450mm, 550mm and 650mm
Warranted for between 15 and 30 years even in C4 and C5 environment classifications
